Terms of Service Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

These Terms of Service apply to all business relationships between die Stimmgabel GmbH (hereinafter "Clothify" or "we") and our customers (hereinafter "Client" or "you") regarding the sourcing and production of apparel and textile products from Bangladesh.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Geschäftsbeziehungen zwischen die Stimmgabel GmbH (nachfolgend „Clothify" oder „wir") und unseren Kunden (nachfolgend „Auftraggeber" oder „Sie") bezüglich der Beschaffung und Produktion von Bekleidung und Textilprodukten aus Bangladesch.

• Production coordination and oversight
• On-site quality control and inspection
• Logistics and shipping coordination
• Documentation and compliance management

• Multi-Fabrik-Beschaffungs- und Angebotsservice
• Musterentwicklung und Genehmigungsmanagement
• Produktionskoordination und Überwachung
• Vor-Ort-Qualitätskontrolle und Inspektion
• Logistik- und Versandkoordination
• Dokumentations- und Compliance-Management

All quotations are subject to change and non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Alle Angebote sind freibleibend und unverbindlich, sofern nicht ausdrücklich anders angegeben. Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung schriftlich bestätigen. Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich exklusive anfallender Steuern, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

Standard payment structure:

Standardzahlungsstruktur:

• 30% deposit: Upon order confirmation
• 40% mid-production: After mid-line QA approval
• 30% before shipment: After final inspection approval

• 30% Anzahlung: Bei Auftragsbestätigung
• 40% Zwischenzahlung: Nach Mid-Line-QA-Genehmigung
• 30% vor Versand: Nach Endkontrolle

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Die Zahlung ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Rechnungsdatum fällig, sofern nicht anders vereinbart. Verspätete Zahlungen können Verzugszinsen nach sich ziehen.

We conduct quality inspections according to industry-standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) procedures. Claims for defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the factory to resolve any quality issues promptly.

Wir führen Qualitätsinspektionen gemäß branchenüblichen AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Verfahren durch. Mängelansprüche müssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Lieferung gemeldet werden. Wir werden mit der Fabrik zusammenarbeiten, um Qualitätsprobleme umgehend zu lösen.

Clothify acts as an intermediary between clients and manufacturing factories. While we exercise due diligence in factory selection and quality control, we are not liable for delays or defects beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the contract value unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Clothify agiert als Vermittler zwischen Kunden und Produktionsstätten. Obwohl wir bei der Fabrikauswahl und Qualitätskontrolle mit gebührender Sorgfalt vorgehen, haften wir nicht für Verzögerungen oder Mängel, die außerhalb unserer angemessenen Kontrolle liegen. Unsere Haftung ist auf den Vertragswert beschränkt, es sei denn, sie wurde durch grobe Fahrlässigkeit oder vorsätzliches Fehlverhalten verursacht.
